THIS WEEK'S

HIGHLIGHT
Gladmat Festivalen, the annual food festival in Stavanger! Christian and I went to the festival with Jane on Friday. I studied veterinary nursing with Jane in Denmark, and I'm super lucky she's doing her internship in Stavanger! ♥ I hadn't seen her since maybe March (?), so it was really nice to get together and go to the festival. She also finally got to meed Christian! We ate Ethiopian food, tacos, and dessert. It was all delicious!

LETDOWN
Not really a let down, but the saddest part of this week was my "farewell lunch" at work. My colleagues got me flowers, a beautiful necklace, a foldable water bowl for Baltus and a Top 10 list of things to do in Budapest + a map of Budapest. ♥ This coming week will be my last week at the clinic, and I'm super sad that I don't get to work with my incredible colleagues anymore, but at the same time I'm excited to start the new chapter in Budapest!
THOUGHT
How in the world am I going to get rid of all my stuff??? I have so much stuff  and no matter how much I sell or throw away, more things just keep popping up. Does anyone need a couch or three? Haha....
CRAVING
Waffles! And I was sooo happy when I found out they had a waffle stand at the festival!
